KNOXVILLE, Tenn. July 5, 2023 –. SouthEast Bank announces its partnership with 2011 Daytona 500 winner Trevor Bayne. Bayne, a NASCAR racer and entrepreneur, is working with SouthEast Bank to promote their suite of products, services, and commitment to Middle and East Tennessee communities. Bayne will participate in television, print, and online advertising campaigns as well as attend community-focused events in association with SouthEast Bank.
Bayne is a Knoxville, Tennessee native and a racer at heart, having begun his career with go-karts at five. Since then, Bayne has run over 350 races in various NASCAR series.
Alongside his nine-year NASCAR Cup Series career, Bayne opened Tennessee-based Mahalo Coffee Roasters in 2019 and sold the business in early 2023. His dedication to his professional and personal career and his love for his Tennessee community made Bayne a perfect fit for SouthEast Bank’s brand, says Marketing Director Brenda Arndt.

Bayne made history in 2011 as the Daytona 500’s youngest-ever winner, a title he holds today. Bayne is currently working as an analyst on the NASCAR Race Hub television show and NASCAR Raceday on FS1 but will continue his racing career by competing in select Xfinity Series races for Joe Gibbs Racing.
